Hi! I'm Sarah Walford and I help weight conscious individuals to lose weight by getting to the root causes of their weight gain.

I can help because I know what it's like! 
I've never been a skinny minnie. My body just isn't built that way. I used to swim when I was a kid. Hundreds and hundreds of laps at the pool have given me swimmer's shoulders broad enough to carry the weight of the world, and then some! I can thank my wonderful grandma for my rosy cheeks and smile, but also for my thunder thighs. It is what it is. I am who I am. And who I am is someone who is fit and healthy, nourished and strong.  I never get sick, my blood pressure is low, I digest everything easily.

I've stopped comparing myself to all the people around me who are slimmer and better looking.
I've realised that what works for some people might not work for me. Just because my friend can lose 4kg by cutting out all forms of sugar, it doesn't mean that works for me. Because, lets be honest about it, I would be quite miserable if I cut out all forms of sugar. I like a bit of chocolate in the evening. Sometimes, it even makes my day!

So I made a decision. To cut out all the noise around me and focus on what works for my body. I've learned to:
  • identify the physical and emotional situations when I eat unhealthy foods
  • plan how I shop and cook so that eating fresh, healthy food isn't a chore
  • find simple alternatives to make eating out part of my weight loss plan
I won't lie and say its always easy, of course there are times when I have to really talk myself out of having a slice of gooey brownie and in to a banana instead. But it is possible and you don't have to live your life constantly confused about what you should and shouldn't eat.

How does it work?
​To give you the in-depth and personalised focus that you need, we will work together on one-to-one video calls. My VIP 20 week program allows us to fully explore the reasons why you have gained weight with diagnostic testing if appropriate (as an extra cost), establish the diet that will work for you and keep you motivated and on track to finally lose the weight for good. 
How will this help me?
​My personal nutrition coaching program is designed to put an end to your weight loss inertia and to help you get back in to the position of health that will support you for the rest of your life. 
Over the course of our work together you can expect to:
  • Lose weight
  • Find a diet that works for you
  • Eat fresh healthy food without spending hours preparing it
  • Be able to continue to eat out and socially, without worrying about gaining weight
  • Improve your digestion and resolve any underlying issues such as bloating, cramps, constipation, excessive wind

What's the Investment?
The investment for my 20 week VIP personal nutrition coaching program is £1200.This includes 10 one to one coaching sessions (5x1hr, 5x30mins), bespoke nutrition plans, recipes, meal suggestions and email support between sessions.
